Rules & Regulations

Weekly 5K Challenge

  • Challenge period: Each designated 7-day challenge week
  • Challenge target: Complete a minimum cumulative distance of 5 km within the designated week. Multiple outings are permitted.
  • Photographs: Optional for the Weekly 5K Challenge.
  • Certificate: Digital certificate featuring the participant's name and pet's name, subject to verification.
  • Rewards: Special recognition will follow the applicable reward criteria.

Monthly 50K Classic Challenge

  • Challenge period: 1–30 November 2026
  • Challenge target: Complete a minimum cumulative distance of 50 km within the designated month. Multiple outings are permitted.
  • Photographs: Mandatory. Submit photographs showing both participants together during the run through the designated submission link that will be shared to all the participants post registration.
  • Finisher rewards: Two duo finisher medals—one for the human participant and one for the dog—subject to eligibility criteria. Goodies: Brandy's pet goodies, as specified in the confirmed registration package.
  • Certificate: Digital certificate featuring the participant's name and pet's name, subject to verification.
  • Special recognition: High-distance achievers may qualify for additional rewards, merchandise or complimentary challenge entries under announced criteria.

Monthly 50K Premium Challenge

  • Challenge period: 1–30 November 2026
  • Challenge target: Complete a minimum cumulative distance of 50 km within the designated month. Multiple outings are permitted.

What is the Pet Run Challenge?

A recurring virtual running programme for pet owners, built around weekly and monthly distance challenges.

Is this a virtual run?

Yes. You can complete your runs remotely from your city during the stated challenge period.

How do I register?

Click “Register Now” to proceed to Run India’s registration platform and register for your selected challenge.

What is the monthly distance?

The current monthly challenge distance is 50 km.

How do I submit my run?

Submit your unique participant ID, distance, activity date/time and screenshot through the designated submission link that will be shared to all the participants post registration.

How does the leaderboard work?

Eligible, verified submissions are reflected on the weekly or monthly leaderboard.

When do I submit my run?

For the November challenge, submit your run by 7 December.

What do winners receive?

Monthly Challenge Winners: Receive a finisher medal, goodies, and an e-certificate. Weekly Challenge Winners: Receive an e-certificate.

Can I participate from any city?

Yes. The challenge is virtual and can be completed remotely.
